Today is the day to dip bread in olive oil.

I have been very interested in humorous photos of rodents lately. this is currently my computer's wallpaper. You're welcome.

In case you can't tell, I didn't manage to come up with something good to write today. I thought about making up excuses, but that gave me the brilliant idea of offering up some good and bad excuses that anybody can use at any time.

Good:
I'm not feeling well.

I got hurt doing this last time and am too nervous to do it again, for fear of getting my heart broken again.

I'm politically opposed.

The commercialism of it all has made it lose its magic.

I can't afford it.

I am a gay American.

Bad:
This cuts into my hunting time.

I think I'm better than this, and you.

This is something only poor people do.

I never registered.

I'm busy stealing a flu shot from an elderly person.

Get out of my way! I'm driving an SUV! I don't have time for excuses!
