Today is the day to have a nice minute.

I was travelling while I was on vacation, and what better way to enjoy Montreal than from the workout room of your hotel because you've been eating so much cheese you can't fit into your clothes anymore? Of course, I cannot exercise without trashy magazines, and in my perusal of them, I came upon the advertisement below. You know, I never wanted to be one of 'those people' but I had a sneaking suspicion that the pharmaceutical companies are overblowing psychological disorders just to sell pills, but now I'm convinced. Color me Tom Cruise.
